Final round interview for Senior DS @ CVS, TC/wlb appreciated
I have gone through 2 rounds of interviews (senior manager, director of DS), and have my final round in a few days (director of analytics). This is in the clinical/retail division and is remote. Currently finishing a contract with BCG, CVS role is FTE. Not sure of bonus/stock yet. Current TC: 140k YOE: 3 in DS, 8 in healthcare Any advice on culture in this team at CVS, especially with regards to WLB are much appreciated. I can’t speak to TC as I’m several levels below that so idk for sure. My current TC is $181k at a P4 so I’d guess you should at least be in the range of $250k to $300k TC if your looking at senior manager / director. WLB is generally good on my side. It can be tight sometimes but it hasn’t been very often. Granted health insurance has a very stable yearly cycle so it’s easy to plan around.
