Finance company non compete
Anyone knows how non compete at finance companies work? If they enforce a year and you find a job at tech companies in 2 months, can you join? Is it true that if you go to California, you can ignore the non compete ? Thanks, TC: 200 including bonus for 2020

Trading company non-competes generally only apply to other trading companies; you'd have no problems going to a FAANG company or the like. California law interacts with things in weird ways I don't know about, but generally you'd want your non-compete enforced so you get paid.
