Has anyone worked or started as a FAA at Morgan Stanley? What does the path to MD look like? I see a lot of MDs on LinkedIn with only 20-22 years of experience which I consider is an incredible achievement being on the sales side. Please shell out some insights on FAA compensation structure Base Salary Commission Incentives Bonus Others.
