Financial engineer Fannie Mae

Hello, I just received an offer from Fannie Mae for financial engineer. I feel like I got low balled but was wondering if anyone else is working at fannie or in this position had any tips or advice for role/ salary. I got TC Of 85k in Dallas but file is in DC
