I have a background in financial services, banking, merchant acquiring, and basically all things payments (Operations, finance, strategy) Although I'm pretty young, this was the first industry I worked in after/during college but i can't seem to get any bite out of companies like Square or Stripe, etc. Any advice? Definitely keep applying! Have you looked at any smaller startups? Wepay, revolut, stash, wealthfront, varo bank, current Can’t vouch for their WLB, culture, quality product offering, etc but I’m aware of some of their fit in the market and doesn’t hurt to take a look
Wait, you’re the head of finance / ops but you make 135k in TC?

Might be easier for you to go to a startup and gain industry experience there. Amazon will also be really interested in your experience but not sure if you want to work for them
My last company was a startup. I know the payment space like the back of my hand, i just cant seem to land the interviews...
