Find staffing company with PWD and advertising done
I only have 2 years left on my H1b, is it possible to find a company with PWD and advertising completed so that I can join and start my PERM directly ? I am an iOS engineer.

I knew a friend (data scientist) from Cap1 had batch processing and used the generic posting when applying gc. The total process is 1.5 year.
That does not make logical sense. Your employer is responsible for completing the first two steps. You cannot proactively complete these steps before joining a new company.
I think nowadays PWD at least is happening in batch processing, it’s not tied with an employee and if it’s already done, we can directly start PERM. I got this information from multiple sources and recently from one recruiter . I am trying to confirm.
OP batch perm is usually done by large companies and it still needs to be done. Assuming facebook/google had PERM paused for a while (and other big tech) I doubt any place has this already done for you
