Hi Guys, I had got an offer from Deloitte, first Advatage background check report showed decisonal, i saw they contacted wrong email address (past employer got acquired) I felt first advantage is very conventional they did not notice a billion dollar acquisition of my past employer and judged the status. will Deloitte reach out to me for evidence?, did anyone at deloitte face this issue?if so how did you get around this? #Backgroundcheck

They can’t reach one employer that was also purchased. I always need to send them my old contract as proof. Old W2 should also work.

They should reach out to you to say they can’t get in contact with someone
They reached out to me when my previous employer gave incorrect employment dates. I showed my offer letter and paystubs as proof and it was all good

It just says decisional, meaning they were not able to hear back from past employers, For employers which cleared my experience it was showing eligible
