First offer help
Got my first offer with Adobe after interning with them as an MLE but I was told we can’t negotiate. I am have started interviews with Meta on the Instagram Ranking or Reels Algo teams. What would AI Research Engineer or MLE offer look like for entry level with an MS?

Not as much as you think. If this was 5 years ago, you would’ve made 160-180. Now it’s more like 120-150 generally speaking. Not sure what the exact numbers are, but the offers for those roles have been deflated significantly
