Fisker went public through reverse merger. Do you think over the next few years this company could become the next Tesla? Thoughts
No way.
As cool as some if their ideas are recently, they lack the engineering and design prowess to make a solid attempt. Unless something changes in that regard, they’ll continue to limp down the very long and complex road of building cars.
Haven’t they tied up with Magna or some other manufacturing giants to help them build cars?
Not sure tbh - but basically that would be a contract manufacturer if so, much of the engineering for design and feasibility still need to come from the OEM.
Tesla's software can't be matched easily. They have years of data points from actual cars on road baked into it.
Fisker blew their shot at being a big competitor almost a decade ago when they went bankrupt
Scam artist. His first EV company went bankrupt.
Thank you Blind! This is awesome to get a good review on a potential investment idea.
If you want a Tesla competitor, I’d go with NIO

No
That guy should’ve stayed with Aston Martin.
That car has also designed many other cars besides Aston Martin.
Not a lot. A few BMWs. He left AM and apparently stole Model S design and founded fisker.
Definitely no
Why? Reasons?
