Yes recruiters were let go, but eng is still hiring a lot. There are still some eng recruiters left.

Of the 600 or so let go, maybe 4 swe were let go and that's either because they were overpaid or on the wrong team.

I just had a call with the recruiter where they asked me about past experiences and motivations
