Reason for leaving current org: bad wlb and toxic work culture. Queries: 1. How's the work in Salesforce industry cloud vertical? Read so many negative reviews in blind on work culture for industry cloud but i think it'll be less intense compare to Zeta(current org) 2. Is flipkart going with ipo in 2023? How likely is it ? 3. Go for Salesforce without any doubt. Reason - Tier 1 Brand in the industry, Good WLB, better pay and if you consider growth, it would be way better than in Flipkart. Industry cloud is a big BU and one shouldn't generalize for work unless you know team/actual work. In the worst case, you can change teams within Salesforce as non-core teams have very good work in AI/ML, Big data, distributed systems compared to core teams
There is no good wlb in Salesforce. It was 6 months back probably, not anymore. Layoff is around the corner here. No learning nothing here
Good wlb in sf is becoming joke. People are working 12hrs and layoff is around the corner. Don't ask me about work, it's so bad that people cry seeing the old dead code. No learn nothing here. Chose flipkart Or any other company if you like your career

Flipkart for learning was true 1 year ago. Now, with the sky high attrition and company's focus on being lean, most of the Devs spend their time in routine works(ktlo things). Not many new products/projects will be coming. The culture has also changed a lot due to HR policies and old folks leaving. From being tech focused, they are getting more and more business focused.
Take Salesforce and switch to another team in 6 months. Something like Tableau, Slack or Mulesoft.
How can we go to slack….never seen any OOM opportunity
