Folks working at Netflix - how did you crack culture questions?
Looks like Netflix ask lot of culture questions. I have gone through their deck several times. Honestly I feel it as a perfect match. But I'm rusty on algos. But how does Netflix decide if someone is unfit for their culture ?

In interviews, there are many chances to tell your own stories that make you feel like culture fit.
Why do you want to crack it? U really should figure out if being yourself is what they want cuz if u fake it to get in there then you'll be miserable. I would think answer honestly to see if they fit your culture.
I’d change myself for the TC, just like how I would crack LC even when I don’t like solving LC problems.
