For divorced people: Why?
I saw another thread here on blind that said unless you are in an abusive relationship you should stay married. So I am curious to hear from the divorced population. Why did you get a divorce?

Think about any friendship - do you still relate to the people you were friends with in junior high? high school? College? Over time you change and you may no longer be interested in who that person is anymore.

True but you weren't fucking any of those people were you to make a fair comparison? I guess what's the point of love if marriage can't even hold that?
You’re missing another option on here. Sometimes people just grow apart and it’s amicable.
Isn't it "Lost Interest"?
The option is “Lost interest in one another” not “Amicably separated”. Losing interest and amicably separating I think are two different things here. You may not lose interest in the other but other things keep you from being together.
