Is your title meant to be "For those who don't believe there ARE quotas..."? Just because there are quotas doesn't mean we believe in them.

Where's the "I always knew" option?

They are stupid to actually say it out loud. Other firms do it in far subtle ways. By the way, why would people say this doesn't happen? I think it has been an open secret for a while now.

Seems like another conservative hit job designed to rile up the anti-woke mob (aka the right's PC Police). Can't find an unedited tape of the actual IBM call, only the highly edited tape from James O'Keefe, a noted right wing propagandist/grifter. I'll save my outrage for when the facts actually come out (like when this lawsuit is dismissed) instead of allowing my emotions to be manipulated so easily like so many snowflake conservatives seem to love to do.

This is good, they should do more quotas

The people who complain about DEI and quotas in employment are always the mediocre employees who can barely compete with any workers. DEI has major flaws for sure. But if it’s your only reason you’re not getting the job/role you want, someone is lying to you… it may be you that’s lying to yourself.
