If you look through the internal eng-misc threads and memegen posts that discuss this topic, you'll see that the author's account is not surprising and is part of an overall trend.
This is a huge miss if HR or the Manager can't move seats. It almost seems unbelievable.
Going to sound harsh, try unemployment for 7 months and see how the opinion changes. I'm not saying she wasn't sexually harassed but I think we need to appreciate how lucky we are to have these insane TC jobs.
