Please help me evaluate the offer as the founding team member as technical lead for a start-up. Base: $250k; Equity 5% - forecasted to be between $4-$9M in ~10yrs. - niche market smaller TAM My biggest value add to the team, which they recognize, is my product vision and technical sense. I am excited about the opportunity to learn, and scope of role. Is this a reasonable offer? What are other details that I should ensure are added as part of offer contracting?
