From oracle peoplesoft tech to workday
Anyone switched from oracle to workday? I have been working for 13years for oracle peoplesoft performance test HCM/finance and support and upgrade but I’m at 140k. I’m interviewing this week for a position at Workday as technical manager . Anyone did that type of switch? Any compensation I should aim for workday? I feel underpaid at accenture too

I’ve been seeing waves of oracle employees joining workday recently. More than half of my higher ups are from oracle, so I am assuming workday has a soft spot for oracle people. Also, mgr in wday shoul easily make more than your current TC. Good luck!
