I think mass layoff is over but layoff will continue in department. Some examples: Google news, LinkedIn ( if you consider it as part of MS, it shares the same earning pressure with MS), Waymo, Uber fright. So I think layoff and reorg will converge into same thing and frequently happens. What do you think?
