Future of Solutions Architect Career
Hi all, leaving consulting and joining AWS as an associate SA soon. This will be a new role for me and want to determine the career progression of Solutions Architects. Can anyone provide their own experience or what coworkers have done? Do AWS SAs tend to have good exit opportunities down the road? TC: 75k

The range of experience and insights you'll build as an SA will set you up nicely for a wide variety of high paying roles. You'll never get paid as much as an SDE at the same level in the top Tech companies but you'll suffer less burnout and have a greater pool of options to choose from whenever you decide to move on.
