Move from Fractal to Axtria for 20% hike?

I recently got an offer from Axtria for $150k which is 20% more than my current TC of $125k. These companies are of similar size in terms of employees (3k in Axtria, 4k in Fractal), but Fractal has a wide array of clients in almost all domains where as Axtria focuses on just the Pharma industry. Also given the current market conditions, I know my job at Fractal is stable, not sure about that at Axtria. At Fractal my position is call Senior Analytics Consultant whereas at Axtria I will be called Data Science Manager. What do you suggest?
