GC via EB1 w/PhD
What is the current wait time for GC (India) via the EB1 route if you have a PhD and great citations?
How many minimum citations do we actually to apply for Eb1 ph.d
North of 100 in multiple Publications. This is just a ball park number.
1. Is there a specific rule in INA or USCIS or any immigration related webpage orsources in regards to no. of citations for eb1 through PhD route. 2. Or is there an RFE issued to any applicant in regards to this. 3. On what basis would an uscis or dos officer would determine the no. of MINIMUM citations required to process an eb1 ph.d.
There is no minimum or maximum citation rule here. Your recommendation letters, awards, patents, influence of work along with citations make a case. Number of citations is just one of the factors. Plus sometimes you have to mention that a citing papers used your work/methodology instead of just putting you in the comparison table.
