Interviewing at General Motors - median salary for the position is listed in the description as $105k for non-tech marketing role. Any idea at how much room that leaves to negotiate up? Recruiting mentioned it could be higher than 105k if interviews went well, but at 105 it’s less than I need to consider the role. Looks like there are salary bands for other parts of the company but not sure how this lines up or if marketing uses salary bands at all. TC: 105k, 13% annual bonus.

You'll need to determine if that is in fact GM's median or if they are using surveyed market data (rare, but you never know.) However, your safe range would be around $10k, maybe $15k, above or below. Every team can be different at a larger org, so make sure to ask what their budget target is, too.
