Campus placements. PS: I'm the OP changed my name :)
btw i asked the current employees about this. and the reason they gave was kinda fair. They said that in Tier-1/2 colleges companies offer good because they have to attract good students and the competition between companies is good. whereas in tier-3 hardly any product based companies comes and students chase these companies even if the TC is low.
New TC?
i was offered 7lpa, because tier-3 clg :/ and btw that 🥜 refers to the Paytm's TC.
