Considering a role in GTM as a lead for a new area at Capgemini. How is TC/Bonus and WLB for a GTM role? Is this a good team or department to be in at Capgemini. How does the org receive external hires? Would appreciate any insights or ideas before I consider a role.
Very dependent on your boss and the team you end up with. Generally it is a lumbering giant bureaucracy. NA is definitely a stepchild despite bringing in a large portion of the revenue. Really India lead and things are stuck in the 90s. Expect there to be incredibly high pressure to be billable 100%, timesheets are due before the time period.
