Gartner Unresponsive
I interviewed with the hiring manager at Gartner 2 weeks ago. They told me I would have a final Round with the director in a few days. Still haven’t heard back I emailed the recruiter, hiring manager, and the person that does scheduling and no response. But I did see that the recruiter is actively posting on LinkedIn. Gartner folks and people who’ve interviewed there, is this normal? #tech #gartner
For which position you have been interviewed for?
Just reach out again. They might have moved on with another candidate but will keep you in mind for another role later. Happens all the time. Just be gracious and let the recruiter know that even if you weren’t selected you would like to be kept in the candidate pool for other opportunities. Also, ask if there is any feedback or concerns you can address at that time
Keep reaching out and if you can't get a response, try your phone screen recruiter or another recruiter. I had multiple people leave during my rounds with Gartner and went through the same thing. Possibly trying to boomerang now and a call I set weeks ago was canceled by the recruiter minutes before it was to happen because she forgot she had a conflict. HR is terrible.
