Current L6 SDE at Amazon NYC, TC 380k Get offer from Two Sigma, L4 SWE. Base 215k yearly cash bonus would be in range of 160k - 240k. Haven’t talked with HM yet, but wondering what people think. Please comment for reasons. yoe 12, Phd

At midpoint of that range, that's 415k, which is less than 10% bump over your current TC, and a step backwards in terms of career growth (you'd need to get an L5 offer at TS for it not to be a step down)
