Get promotion or leave?

Anyone know what the TC bump would be for an IC4 to IC5? I came in 3 years ago as non-OCI but am working on OCI now. Getting pretty disgruntled about new hires making a lot more. Current TC: 160K + 30K yearly RSU 15yoe

You don't know OP is at 3 YOE. It's 3 YOE at Oracle.

Leave if you don't see growth. You know that at Oracle promotion doesn't guarantee salary bump?

No, I didn't know that. I also didn't know there are no yearly raises until a year after I joined.

I do see growth and a potential for a promotion but I wasnt sure if it would be enough for me to stay.

Leave already, promotion here won’t get you any bump
