Ghosted after interviewing
Have you ever interviewed somewhere in person and then you wait to hear back from them.... except they don’t say shit?! I recently interviewed at a late stage startup and they didn’t respond to me at all. I tried numerous times to at least get some feedback... nothing! A lot goes into interviewing and preparing, and when recruiters don’t even care to respond or give critical feedback, it hurts and completely demotivates me to continue searching.
It happens. If I don't hear back in 3 days I assume I did not make it. No one provides any feedback anyways
That's when you call out both the company and the recruiter in here and also on glassdoor
It happens, move on. Lots of crappy recruiters out there and it may not be a place you want to work as it may be a reflection of their work culture/environment.
Don't focus your energy on someone who doesn't care about you. Consider it as an interview experience and move on. There are ample of opportunities right now, hopefully you will find the best one.
Very similar thing happened to me. It's a series D startup and the recruiter ghosted on me after video interview(which I thought went really well). If this is in Boston Area DM me or comment here I will DM you. Might be the same company.

Maybe recruiter got fired
Many friends have complained that Apple is the worst offender of this. So if you ever interview there no need to be nice to those aholes.
lol I had the worst experience with Amazon. Recruiter forwarded me a bunch a material to read while she scheduled an interview with he manager and ghosted. I checked in a couple of times the week after out but no response.

Recruiters/HR are trash. Easiest job in the world and they still manage to botch it. Don’t take it personally, try to view it as prep for better opportunities
