Ghosted by Google recruiter after first round
I had phone interview with Google couple of months back for a TPM role. The interview went really well and I received a “strong hire” feedback as mentioned by the recruiter. The recruiter searched for a position but it was internally filled during the onsite interview scheduling process. To my amaze I never heard back from the recruiter since then after couple of follow ups. Has that ever happened to anyone?
