Gimme Advice

Hello, I’ve been touring the blind platform for years now and I’m finally a HS senior in AP Java, I really want to become a splendid programmer/computer scientist. What should I do?

Work on your own side projects. Also what really helped me was getting a job at a startup in hs and early in college. Obviously try to get FAANG like STEP, but anything is better than nothing and you'll be forced to self teach yourself a lot at startups because it's all hands on deck at that point. Don't worry about TC at this point. Feel free to DM me if you have any questions, currently a junior in college

This person said “splendid programmer/computer scientist” hilarious Code and read books, then make something. If you want advice on programming you’d do better researching yourself, you’d find better answers and you can specify by what you’re trying to build. Learning can be done the same way Elon taught himself rocket science, by reading. Teachyourselfcs.com is all you need for books. Read/Learn and build things - that’s it. A high school kid shouldn’t even be wasting time on this app, they should be trying to learn/build as much as they can as early as possible.
