Thirst traps
Usually for farming followers, but there are exceptions (I’ve been seeing one for the past 2 months)
If she has a public Instagram profile she is just GF material not wife material. 🗿
The trap goes like this Dating apps —> Insta —> OF.
If I even see one @ on a women’s profile, instant left swipe for me. @ means she wants attention and hence probably narcissistic
I’m a girl and I think if she gives off “wants to be an influencer vibes” (she doesn’t even necessarily need to be super hot) then probably wants to amass followers. Otherwise I think it could be used by women who regularly use / care about social media and / or want you to be able to see more photos of her / her curated lifestyle etc. I regularly see guys put their IG in their profile and they aren’t influencers so I think it’s honestly to share more info

Come on dude use your brain
I know what you mean. But I am assuming a rare case where a girl cares about matches and knows she won’t get shown some of the people she received a like from, so she has put out a IG username. I sometimes checkout IG profiles, but they are mostly with high follower to following ratio, so I understand they are for farming. I never DM even the ones with healthy ratio.
Women have it really easy on dating apps from a matching perspective. Women with legitimate intentions have to filter more aggressively, not cast a wider net
