So post from CEO couple of days ago, MSFT agreed for 16% stock based increase for FY 23, that means a min 12% increase in stock compensation awards(refreshers) effective from FY 22 rewards cycle (which is targeted for sept 22) across all grades, more for early stage -mid level grades. It may not be high but something is better than nothing.
12% of 0 is still 0🙈

Yeah, but those stock bonuses vest over 5 years which is too slow, especially if you plan on changing jobs.
At GitHub it vest every quarter with 4 years.
Nice now we are level with inflation
