They have a new office near MSFT. They are operating as a separate unit similar to LinkedIn. Yeah the stocks are for 4 years
Are stocks evenly split or backloaded like Amazon?
Seems to be a lowball offer. You can try negotiating more on the stocks.
GitHub anyday
Any good reason for the recommendation please
Github over servicenow anyday. Also update your servicenow offer once you get it
Sure, any insights on why you think github is better?
Btw what was your current pay at salesforce
34L basic 15% bonus. Fyi, I got the hike in April
That's great. Are you smts or lmts
I have worked at servicenow..it will be a downgrade from salesforce..github no idea
What team at GitHub?
Ask GitHub for more money. You can very well get a lot more at Amazon India. The 40k in stock is a joke. My suggestion would be: Ask for 80k in stock + at least give 2L above your current salary
@op can you please update ServiceNow offer? Have Heard good things about ServiceNow in recent times
Does github have, separate office or it's within MSFT? 40k $stock over 4 years right?
Seperate, anyhow everyone if wfh for now.
