Godaddy remote L3/L4 compensation
I'm receiving an offer from GoDaddy tomorrow and I'm trying to figure out the upper bounds for the roles, for negotiating purposes. It's a senior engineer role, and I'm hoping for L4 because the interviews went so well. I told them initially 155k was my floor. How high can I realistically push the offer to? This would be for a fully remote position in a lcol part of the country. I'm hesitant to use levels.fyi since they all seem to be for ca, wa, az. Does godaddy adjust compensation by location? 8 yoe. Could be either L3/L4.

In AZ max I heard is $125k for L3 and $140k for L4.. 10-15% bonus and Stocks There could be differences for Remote though
What was the interview process like with everything being remote nowadays? I have an initial recruiter call coming up and was curious on the overall process.
How much RSU Godaddy gives as a refresher for L3,L4 , L5 and L6 levels? I am new to company hence wanted to understand.
I got 160k base, 15% bonus, 25k signon, and 120k stock over 4 years

Yes compensation is very different by location. For L4 you could push for 180k base salary (if you have other offer), TC should be over 200k. But you won’t get this if you’re not in CA or WA.
