@voyna Is this for new grads who started this year? What is the breakup? Is this excluding the joining bonus? Also, IIT vs non-IIT?

Microsoft I' Dec 27, 2020

For IITs: Base - 21,00,000 INR Supplemental Salary - 7,00,000 INR (supplemental salary is an accrued bonus paid out in monthly installments pro-rated from the date of joining, this is only applicable during the first year of joining) One-time Payment 3,50,000 INR Exact CTC details sent by GS this year

Microsoft motivated! Dec 27, 2020

Depends on team. Some teams at strats are hectic. Tech analysts fewer teams are hectic. Overall GS culture is a lot better than tech culture. Also mostly no or very little pip
