I recently saw a post on here about someone who got an offer for 280 tc working remote from Florida at Goldman sachs. Does working remote depend on the team, manager, org? How do I get a remote SWE position there? Found the post here -"Google offer (Compensation)" https://us.teamblind.com/s/oLz1mtzh โBiggest decision factor for me is that I got an exception to work remotely from Florida keeping (most likely) same compensation. Google numbers canโt beat cost of living โ
Yes there are many who do that. It depends on manager entirely. Wfh has been very good, increasingly, given that GS has not been able to pay so much in comp for many long timers as well as most who have been here for 4+ years

Uh oh: President Trump leads Biden 49% to 43% in a two-way race.
Itโs extremely rare at GS. I think the person either has unique skills or worked before for the company and they wanted them back desperately.
