With valuations taking a hit across pre-ipo companies (and companies in general), is this factored in for Ramp, or are offers still based on the ATH? Is this a bad time to join Vs a public company that’s seeing a big dip in stock price? Are Ramp offers making up for it with higher stock grants? Is comp in options or RSUs? Anything else to consider? Thanks in advance for any advice, intel or wisdom! 12+ YOE / 700k+ TC

What’s the TC like for senior and staff eng?
8b valuation for ~5B USD in payment volume. Not a good look valuations wise. If they can dump it in the market at these valuations, then it can be lucrative for employees
Right, guess it depends how long they wait and how the market looks. Fomo could return and tech ipos are back on the menu.
Longtime COIN employee or recent? How’s the morale?
