Hey guys, I have upcoming onsite interviews for an Android role at Google. Recruiter said that there was going to be an Android coding interview. I don’t know what to expect. Is it going to be UI related, does it just contain core android, does it contain unit tests or ui tests? Anyone has an idea or experience about it? Thanks in advance. Are they still hiring at Google?
OP, If you don't mind could you please share the details of the rest of the rounds for your virtual on-site?
3 coding(one of them is on android domain) 1 googleyness 1 system design on android
Thanks! 2 LC and 1 Android Coding? Also, what can one expect in the googleyness round?
How did it go ?
I believe it's a system design interview for Android.
No, I have one system design and one android domain coding interview. I know what to expect from system design. But according to the recruiter, Android domain coding interview will be about writing Android code on whiteboard and I can’t even imagine what can be written in that amount of time, lol.
Oh interesting. Sorry I am not sure what it would necessarily be.
