Google Applications on Account

Do Google recruiters look at how many applications you have ever submitted in history? Like if I submitted 3 last year but didn't get hired or even a call, would more failed attempts influence my chance of getting hired? And would they pay extra attention to the changes/ new positions on my resume since my previous applications? Would it be a bad practice to submit from a different Google account? For too many previous applications, or even to bypass the 3-per-30-day limit? Hoping for some insights for dos and don'ts.

I have read that other ppl create new accounts, new email, New phone to submit from after they have failed interviews. Obviously you can’t apply to the same jobs... But Google probably has something to track multiple accounts

Bumping this as am curious. Can anyone from Google Chime in? I have multiple google accounts, they weren't created specifically for jobs but I would have applied through each.

I wouldn’t risk it. If caught, you’ll be blacklisted forever. Then you’ll be stuck at “New” forever
