Google Base vs RSU
Received an offer from Google. The base feels low (20K less than FB offer) but the RSUs are good, such that overall it's a little more than FB TC. I'm tempted to accept, but wondering if there's anything more I need to consider. Base will also affect bonus; are there other reasons why a low base might be bad? Would this make promotion less likely? Will post offer once accepted.

200K but my company is New to blind, so not super helpful.
Google stock is blue chip, even better to get more stocks than base imo.
Low base is sometimes good because you'll likely get a larger raise each year. If your base is already high then your raise will be lower.
Need to see what the offered base is, but you always was more RSUs than base.
RSUs > base if you stay less than 4 years
