Is it possible to get interviewed/ hired for entry level google cloud sales without a degree? Background is SaaS for a tech compnay in Austin, TX. Does taking multiple GCP coursera courses help my chances? Was a top performing sales person before layoffs struck. #sales #layoffs #cloud
Might look at AWS as well. Google may be more desirable than Amazon for straight engineering but in the sales orgs AWS > GCP
I have no degree but 10+ years tech sales experience. If you can get in front of them and they see a spark you may get a chance. You need a strategy to get some sales experience really.... belief and action can get you where you need to go more than a degree.
Having understanding of customer challenges, having good communication skills.. so I would try to get customer facing experience...

Google does not care about if you have a degree or not, but you have to realize that you’re competing against candidates who come from top schools—so you will have to find other ways to stand out and get noticed (referrals or getting directly to HM).
Unless the job says you need one in the basic qualifications. Kind of hard to skirt around that one
