I’d be curious as well. I hear their OTE is high but it also feels like it could end up being a grind there. We’ve had #aws and #gcp hire account executives away from salesforce and I’ve noticed they both always take some of our worst AEs. Those that seem polished but never hit their numbers and even had personal scandals/HR violations while in role. It makes me think neither knows how to evaluate sales talent.
