Are you sure that's not for L4? there's no way to get that base as L3.
Base seems to be at high end for L4 as well considering how much Google is conservative about base as compared to stock.
Exactly. That base alone is already a decent package for L3 with 2.5 yoe. Plus G perks, there must be a line of devs dreaming to get it even with zero stock.
I think I lowballed myself. Asked for 140 base 125 RSUs but no competing offers and not SWE.
This is a google e4 offer based on my experience. Perhaps you can’t qualify for e4 for some reason but they badly want you?
I'm L5 working in google for 5 years, promoted from L3, then L4. Your base is higher than mine. I know it's time to leave

This is good. You might be able to get E4 at Fb with slightly higher stock and more sign on, but for google this is great.
