I have accepted an offer from Google. I attended college but was not able to graduate and had marked Graduated as No in the Google employment application. The role I’m applying for does not require a degree (job description says years of experience in lieu of degree). What will Google verify education wise and is there any concern for me? Should I wait to give my notice at my current employer?
You did not lie, they accepted you, i dont think there’s anything to worry about
they will ask for your transcript if you left college within the past 3-4 years I believe is the cutoff
I graduated 4 years ago and hiring committee asked for my transcripts for bachelor's and current part time masters. Very curious what background check will be like though
My college days were 20 years ago
you're chillin then. no one really cares about college after like 2 years lol
Give your notice after everything clears out and you have a verified starting date

I saw a Googler ( Male ) hit a lady multiple times in the cafe, should I report?
Regardless of the situation, always wait to give notice to your employer until you have a confirmed, signed, and accepted offer, with a start date, and all contingencies (background check, drug screen, credit check etc) cleared.
