I have been trying my startup for sometime and apparently have lot of patience in job search and want to be fully sure of next gig ...

Decision to hire you does not relate to your other offers. It only helps on negotiations

It may be added to an HC meeting happening sooner, but the decision is not influenced by it. Your offer though, if it does happen, can be much better with a competitive offer from elsewhere.

Thx, I am in process of Google interview and had another offer which I rejected as I did not like the group in that company. I am wondering if telling this to recruiter hamper my chances of been selected by hc.
It doesn't help with the HC. But it does help with your offer.
