Google Hiring Assessment after "not proceeding" status

I received a hiring assessment from Google, before giving my assessment, when I checked my applications they all showed as "Not Proceeding". Does anyone know what that means? TC: 105K YOE: 3yrs

Did your hiring assessment completion date expire? From email date, you have 4 days to complete. If it expired, I’m assuming it immediately put you in not preceding state.
