Google Host Matching Summer 2020
Hey all! I've been lucky enough to be in Host matching for summer 2020 for 3 weeks now but still haven't heard back from anyone and am getting worried. I tried to make my questionnaire as open as possible because I would love to work for any project and get the experience of working at Google. Does anyone know any additional ways to help increase odds of a match other than leave ML off? I have 1 previous internship under my belt that I am lucky enough to continue over the school year in addition to bioinformatics research and fun side projects in mostly web/mobile development. Even though I would love to work for any projects my goals are YouTube, Cloud, Search, or anything related to Android! Thanks for reading and for any advice!
just got an email about a YouTube team yesterday.
I wouldn’t worry too much. I’m going to be an intern host (in Geo/Search) and was just contacted last week about matching with an intern.
