Received an email from my recruiter stating that she has received feedback from the phone interview and wanted to schedule a quick call. Does this mean an onsite is forthcoming? I guess she could have said things did not work out in the email.
A lot of recruiters donât put pass/fail in the email, they just tell you during the phone call.
I guess they want that kick of telling the good result themselves
Donât hold your breath, it could mean anything
I got a similar email yesterday. Fingers crossed.
And what was the result?
Good luck!
From my experience, a phone call has always been a negative result for me.
Same here. But I also got a call after a phone interview where I expected flat out rejection, but it was actually that there was really positive feedback, but the role was leveled higher than my experience and that they passed on my resume to other teams. Recruiter also told me to keep an eye out for other roles.

Brother beaten severely as a kid. Doesnât speak to dad at all now.
They wouldn't mention the result in the email. Usually. They want to you to feel the anxiety before they tell you the result.đ Hopefully you will get it
