But Snap has monthly vesting and equity could potentially be a š. Which one would you pick at this time and why? Yoe: 1 TC: š„/ <200K
Snap for quicker growth and once you get to L4 in 2-3 years TC will bump to 350+.
Whatās the hike on promotion? Also can you detail how one can go from 200 to 350 internally in 2 years

No one I know got more than 15% bonus at snap last cycle. Getting more than the average for bonus means someone on your team is getting less.

Google has monthly vesting too. Depends on the number of GSUs (needs to be larger than some fixed number which I forgot) but it's monthly or quarterly

Google won't give you a stock refresh in 2021. So subtract 40k to account for that
