Google L4 TPM Payscale - Advanced Tech Innovation group

Hi All, Currently in the interview process with the Advanced Tech Innovation group at Google for a TPM position with the product development team. Could anyone provide insights on typical salary band for this position ? (YoE = 3 years) What is the average YoY base increase within the same level? And how long does it take to transition from L4 to L5. Are promotion decisions made by your direct manager? Thank you
